These people sold a junk vehicle to my Son with over ******* miles *** **** it broke down the first week and had to be towed. It is still being fixed. Terrible Business.Review from Cass P.

Horrible company to work for and do business with. The vehicles are not reliable and they have their "mechanics" use bandaid fixes just to get cars on the lot. Like another review states, they cover the rust on the frame with a rubber sealant to make it look good. They say integrity is important to them, yet they have none themselves. They like to withhold checks when people leave until the department of labor gets involved. Buy a car from any other place. Not here. The only reason why i'm giving this two stars and not one is because the owner gave me my money back despite me not paying for a warranty. I purchased a truck from these guys and was told the bottom frame was "dipped to prevent rust in wet climates"...If you're unfamiliar, the dip the dealership was referring to is a tar-like material that provides an extra layer of protection. Once I got to my house, I realized a piece of this dip chipped off and I was actually able to see the frame of the vehicle for the first time...Turns out, they "dipped" the truck to hide the fact that the frame was completely rotten...literally. With further examination, I found that there were even holes in the frame from the rust eating away at it. I even went the extra mile by taking it to a shop just in case I was over reacting...The shop told me that I shouldn't even drive the truck home because if I were to get in a reck, the frame would completely fall apart and i could lose my life. Anyway, I wasn't going to write this review but the dealership listed the car for sale immediately after I returned it (we're talking between a 10-15 minute window) despite being aware of the trucks defects so I felt like I had a moral obligation to. Lastly, the sales reps are just that, sales reps. I tried reaching out to the person who sold me the vehicle and he simply ignored me. BBB, I have photos of the frame if you would like to see it. We're not sure who told you that we had the Tacoma's frame dipped but that isn't true; it did have a considerable amount of undercoating, as it is a Canadian vehicle. We're sorry about what your shop told you but once you returned the Tacoma, we had it taken to Sano Blast Restoration, who removed all undercoating. Once the undercarriage had been dry ice blasted and a single layer of undercoat had been applied, any safety/mechanical concerns with the vehicle had been addressed and dealt with.
