2/24/2014 Service department indicated that the bulb was out on the rear license plate. The bulb was fine, it had just come out of the holder in the bumper. Don't appreciate being told that something needs to be done when whoever was doing the inspecting didn't really look that good. Makes me wonder what else was done that "really" didn't need to be done.

2/24/2014 I'm glad when I arrived the service didn't take very long because the waiting room had no heat . The little space heater you had on the floor wasn't heating the room.
