On ot about 23rd of February 2024 I spoke with representative *****, who was the representative for **********. And talk to him about getting the actuator and the transiever immobilizer fixed for the stirring Calum Ignition and program the new keys to be the pats unit antitheft onboard ecm and ecu. I also told them it needed a actuator in the ignition , which they stated they could do all of it for $325 to $500. ***** quoted me at 1.7 man-hours to reprogram the key and to reprogram the immobilizer and transfer the new programmed key thrrough said units through they" IDS PROGRAM,as stated herein, and later on the 29th of February. I was told that it would cost me $2200. And now **** Goode , having my truck and title are holding my truck hostage, All I requested was the keys, immobilizer and actuator for the ignition be programmed and replaced. This was a bait and switch scam and is illegal and an attempt to steal my truck when when ************** charges would be incurred as well. I already $450 in towing charges for this problem to be resolved and now would incur more charges because of this bait and switch scam, or be forces to lose my truck. Which was $ 3200. All of which I have paid outside January 2024.
