              On 12/09/2023 I purchased gift cards from Albertsons store #****, address *****************************************************************. One of the gift cards was not good. The gift car was for ******** ***** in value. I gave the card as a Christmas gift, it was reported back to me that the card was not good. I contacted Albertsons and filed the complaint on 1/19/2024 to their gift card customer service office *******. They approved and were going to refund me but when I call for status they tell me it is with their accounting office and cant provide when refund will be made. I have called ************ multiple times with no resolve. Please help

              The store staff is racist, and they don't hide it very well. I've gone to this store a few times and have been treated with disrespect by either the staff or the dirty a** customers who shop here. Idiot clerks like to make race jokes about me when I'm in the store and then go run and hide. One old lady in the store accused me of tampering with produce when I returned it, and another lady had an attitude when she had to help me in Deli. This company does not need to stay in business if they can't get with the times. Period
