2009 was a busy year for your BBB and your staff has done a great job.

The BBB received 123,046 inquiries last year on consumers checking on businesses in our market. We delivered 87,010 reliability reports, informing consumers about your Accredited Business so that they would do business with you and warning them away from unscrupulous businesses. We processed 1,711 consumer complaints and provided mediation and arbitration services when needed. The BBB currently has 1,881 Accredited Businesses that support the activities of the BBB.
