Willis Knighton Breast Centers needs to invest in online technology; please pass this along as I could not locate an email address to send it directly. In Nov2022 I received a letter from WK Breast Centers to schedule my annual mammogram. In Dec2022 I attempted to call the number provided (8550) to schedule my appointment; the call did not go through (repeated numerous times). In Jan2023, I again attempted to schedule my appointment; the call did not go through (repeated numerous times). In Feb2023, I again attempted to schedule my appointment; again the call did not go through. Finally, I decided to research on-line for a different number. Called the 7581 number and was prompted to hit "1" for scheduling appointments; the call was disconnected. Called again and pressed "5" for mammography; no answer, and no voicemail to leave a message. Tried again and listened to the entire 45 second IVR message before discovering the office doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. All of this could have been prevented if on-line scheduling where available!
