TL:DR- Predatory credit practices & wholly unprofessional employees, including the Manager. Stay FAR away. Find another store. Such a shame that they employ predatory practices. You have a 3 day window to return your items, even if they haven’t delivered them. They’ll tell you that you’re approved for financing but then when they charge you & it goes over your limit they see no issue with this. The lady that was on the phone when we called about this issue laughed, stated it was our problem & hung up. The manager Larry was supposed to work with us but then went back on his agreement. Not to mention they NEVER even ordered part of the set & have now stated it will be a MINIMUM of 5-6 WEEKS before the rest of the set is delivered! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. And finally I will be contacting every news agency to let them know about these issues in hopes that no one else gets taken advantage of. As a self proclaimed “Family Run” business & work environment they sure don’t act like it.
