DO NOT use this company. James will give you one lie after another, you put the deposit down and they say everything will be ordered and sitting in our yard turns out to be a lie. I took off work on 6 different occasions for the start of the build because they said they would be there that particular day, guess what they didn't show up. Not only did they not only show up they don't even give you a call to let you know they aren't coming I would have to call them after hours of waiting just to hear James tell me that they were waiting on something to come in. It was one lie after another with this company and do not think you will get a return call cause you won't, just have to continue calling. They will tell you it takes 7 days from the day they start to finish.
Now let's talk about the work they do when they actually show up. Which by the way they show up at noon work for 3 hours and leave. It took over a month for them to do what they call complete. After the metal was put on I am still a month later looking at bare wood where they cut the metal to short and installed it anyway. There are screws missing every where through the building. There is dents and no I don't mean from where they over tightened the screws which they are everywhere to. I mean dents that the workers put in the metal along with deep scratches they they decided to install anyway. James said he would be at the job site throughout the build to inspect the work and I haven't seen him yet not even with all the complaints I have given him. He just says oh we will send someone out to fix it they should be there this week, Still haven't seen anyone but rest assure they will call you every day asking for their money.
Absolutely do not use this company or have a lawyer ready to solve the problem cause they won't respond to you. Cause looks like I'll be getting a attorney

Mr. Hicks We apologize for any trouble that we may have caused you. You were given a 12 week estimated start date. We were only a few days late on starting construction. We have been having trouble getting a lot of materials this year due to the Pandemic. At the time of we started construction, Large projects were being poured at the Barksdale base and we were only given certain days to pour concrete. We try to reach a goal of 7 to 10 days to complete providing that weather and inspectors can stay on schedule. Your project was completed in 18 days. We ask that our homeowners don't take any days off unless necessary. For each job, it is different and is not rushed. You specifically asked to be there whenever we were working, which is understandable. I have spoke to you many times and you were pleased and happy with the work once we started. There are things that can catch an eye and we always fix those problems. That's why we ask that you walk around and inspect yourself before the final payment is made. We have been in business for over 20 years and still warranty our work even many years later. I cannot be at every job site throughout the build; I do stop by and check on the jobs during the build-you may have not been there. We strive in making all of our customers happy.
