Complaint ********, I believe his name was, was rude and inconsiderate. He also advised me in a different price from I had to pay. In early July, I took my car to get serviced by Courtesy Chevrolet. I spoke with ********, I believe his name was, at which I had a scheduled an appointment for 8 am. I was scheduled for a brake service and oil change. During the day ******** called me to notify me that my car was in need of some other services to run smoothly. I asked what the total cost would be and he gave me 948 and some change as the price. Around 5:40pm I received a call from ******** saying that my car was ready and that I can come pick it up, but the shop was closing at 6:00pm. I had to wait for my ride to be able to pick up my car and I told ******** this. I called before closing to inform ******** I was on my way, but no one answered. I went to the shop to pick up my car, but the shop was closed to my dismay. I was not told he was going to leave. He knew I was coming, but did not inform anyone that I was coming. I returned the next day and he tried to put me as the blame saying that I didn't call when it clearly showed on my phone what time I called. The dealership even called his phone, but he did not answer. His excuse was that he was at home which is NOT a good excuse AT ALL. Upon arriving the next day I was told my payment was to be $1,002 and some change which is NOT what I was originally told. ******** was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I've been taking my car to this dealership for 7 years. Never once have I had a problem until I came across ********. And because of this I will never show my face here again. I'd rather drive all the way to Monroe or even Shreveport to get my car fixed. Never again.
Desired Settlement I would like to get some of my money back. Not all, but only have to pay the price I was originally told.
