            On September 5th, 2023, I dropped off a car at Hadaway Collision for repair through a State Farm claim. I was promised written contracts and an estimate before and after the car was dropped of, but they were not provided. I received the estimate at 6:59pm Sept. 26. The estimate also became available through State Farm on the night of the 26th. I was informed yesterday that there are out of pocket expenses that have been added to my bill without my knowledge. They claim that they were approved by my step daughter, but she said she refused one repair (a battery replacement, FYI: car wasn't started for 15 days) and was told verbally by an estimator before the car was dropped off that the other repair (scuff on passenger side of bumper) would be included because it involved pieces that needed to be replaced for the funded repair. Hadaway Collision has added over $400 to the bill that should not be on it.
