We are a Software company based in San Ysidro, CA. We provide computer services for embroidery and screen printing companies.
We are looking for an applicant with experience with Quickbooks, customer service and phone skills are required in this position. The ideal person has experience in order entry and customer service and has a college degree. 

Duties entail providing customer service through corresponding by phone and email with customers, processing orders in MS Access. 
Other administrative, sales and phone support as needed. 
QuickBooks, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook email experience MANDATORY. Some accounting and/or marketing background preferred. 
College degree mandatory.


- Administrative experience in a fast paced environment - 2 to 4 year college degree.
- REQUIRES Superior attention to DETAIL and ACCURACY.
-Experience working in Microsoft Outlook. 
-Experience reconciling and invoicing in QuickBooks. 
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong positive customer service. 
-Demonstrate high standards, professionalism, reliability, dependability and motivation. 
-Multitasking and Organizational skills a must. 
-Positive attitude is a must. 

Candidate Must have: 
-Solid and progressive work history.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to take initiative, work independently.
-Letter of recommendation.


Starts as $15 hour, DOE
