Assistant to the Controller
Are you a multi-tasker that has worked for a small business? Have you had to wear multiple hats at once and do five things at the same time? Do you have 1-2 years administrative experience? If you can say yes those questions then we might have the position for you!
We are a small but yet VERY busy family owned company in the Kearny Mesa area and we are looking for someone to assist our Controller (any experience in Accounting is a huge plus). We are looking for someone who is fast paced, intelligent, and energetic who can do multiple things at once including answering questions from clients over the phone, data entry, scanning, filing, etc.
To be considered for the position you must have recent administrative experience, be comfortable on the computer (you will be tested!), be a strong typist and have strong data entry 10key experience.
