BofI Federal Bank is seeking an enthusiastic individual to partner with Business Banking department to execute integrated sales strategies to support growth of business customers and increase market share; you will respond to customer service inquiries regarding existing deposit accounts, ATM and debit access devices, RDC, cash management and online banking support. Consults with customers and prospects about their financial goals and needs and identifies and promotes BofI Federal Bank’s products and services to best meet those needs. Actively cross-sells appropriate banking products to new and existing customers.
-- Spends majority of time calling on new-to-bank businesses, prospects, referral sources and Centers of Influence to achieve personal revenue goals by acquiring 100% of the customer’s financial needs leveraging BofI’s products and services.
-- Coordinate and organize targeted segment marketing campaigns and events.
-- Continually monitor practices of competition and report findings to management when appropriate.
- Prospecting experience; demonstrated sales and referral skills, preferably with Home Owners Associations and Property Management Companies. Excellent communications skills.
- Strong business development background to include contacting new prospective clients.Networking experience. Problem solving skills. Ability to partner and influence. Strong understanding of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Four-year college degree and 2 years’ experience in banking with emphasis in business banking/business development/deposit and cash management required. Successful track record in sales and business development.
