              Dear Sir or ******** game in this company is: World of Warcraft Blizzard Account:**************** Recently, I received an email saying that the reason for account suspension is: abuse of game mechanism "I have spent a lot of money on my account, and I have not committed any violations.".The company has permanently banned my account, seriously violating my personal rights and interests.Blizzard's approach is really disgusting. When you eliminate robots And kill us normal consumers together. Such behavior is abominable.Blizzard doesn't pay any attention to consumers like us, and they are not willing to invest a lot of labor to seriously review. It will not protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers at all.

              Blizzard banned my account for reasons unannounced to me. They keep telling me to refer to their terms and policies agreement and every time I ask what it was exactly that got me banned they keep spamming me with the same automated message over and over. *** spent so much money on one particular blizzard game (overwatch) between my girlfriends account and mine that I feel like if theres something Ive done wrong that isnt exactly cut and dry or directly explained in the terms and services it shouldnt be that difficult to give me something other than a repeated automated response. Ive seen players with obvious derogatory gamer tags, Ive had players purposely sabotage my games, Ive had people flame and be extremely disrespectful in game chat and voice chat with no ounce of punishment brought to them. If I couldve given them a 0 star I wouldve.
