Our recent double outdoor patio tile project completed by Sunset ********** was an excellent experience. Having spoken to multiple companies prior, we were left frustrated with the lack of response or over commitment, under delivery. One simple phone call to Sunset, resulted in a same day response from ***********************, and continued through the project review, consultations and project quote to finish. With no shortcuts on the design review or scope of work, required materials and projected scheduling, the project began within days of our initial conversation and fit our needs and budget. Having a new build construction property, the efforts made by **************** to communicate with our HOA and builder representatives was essential to moving the project forward. Most impressive was the pro-active communication received by **************** on items ranging from the daily construction schedule to the materials logistics, supply availability and delivery from local vendors. The project expenses were clearly disclosed, memorialized by contract and the payment installment plan per phase was budget friendly. We should also point out the on-site construction crew was very good. The attention to detail, respect for the surrounding area and us as the homeowner, removed the stress that can accompany any home remodel or new construction project. Its nice not to have clean up! Nice guy, but should NOT be doing pools. Wish I could post pictures 13 days after pool was finished. Spa wall cracked, tile around pool was off 2" from shallow end to the deep end. Hired another pool company to re do. Sunset Pools just subs out all workers. Did not have a porta potty on site. Awful experience.

We have an ongoing litigation with this client. We agreed to a simple pool remodel for replacing tile and replaster job. Job was $15k ..... Client sued us for $61k. We have done over 80 pool projects and backyard remodels ever year for the past 5 years and this is the first project that a client was truly unhappy. Tile was not off 2 inches. Litigation is ongoing and pending................
