On the website page, https://angellift.com/products/angellift-essentials-kit, it also reads: “Yes. Our prescriptive lifts are designed for serious facial asymmetry's and nerve damage. Each lift is fit by a medical professional and custom designed for each patient. Prescriptive Angellifts range in price from $2500 and up depending on your situation.”

Additionally, on the following website page it reads:, https://angellift.com/products/angellift-basic-collection. it also reads:

AngelLIft® is a breakthrough technology discovered while working with a facial nerve disease.  Today, millions of people recognize us from our DermaStrip breakthroughs seen on Shark Tank, Ellen, Rachael Ray, Extra, CNBC, The Doctors and so many more news and medical publications.  AngelLift also was published on the cover of Dentistry Today.  “

Advertisers must be prepared to substantiate such claims per BBB's Code of Advertising.

BBB's Code of Advertising  Section 20 states, when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser’s website or, in the case of mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request. BBB's Code of Advertising  Section 34 states, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. Additionally, BBB's Code of Advertising  Section 36 states, advertisers should not make broad, unqualified general environmental benefit claims like “green” or “eco-friendly, advertisers must qualify general claims with specific environmental benefits, and advertisers must possess competent and reliable evidence (often scientific evidence) to support all environmental benefit claims. Qualifications for any claim must be clear, conspicuous and understandable.
