Complaint: I had placed an order with them and switched my shipping to next day but they shipped part of the order late and so it did not all arrive on time. They had said they'd refund that shipping on my multiple phone calls but no such transaction has occurred yet. My order was placed roughly a month and a half ago and my attempts at getting a refund have been fruitless.

Desired Settlement: I would like cost of the next day shipping to be refunded, in the amount of $85.24.
