    I paid $100 for an online class that contained video lectures. These lectures did not work throughout the semester as was evidenced by other students' comments. I attached documentation of this. I thought UCSD was working this out, but they were not. After UCSD did not resolve this, I took screenshots of the videos that were not working, and I contacted the IT Department directly. However, my petition for a refund or transfer to another course was denied because the screenshots I took and emails I sent were during the 30-day grace ****** after the course ended. This makes no sense because the point of my argument was that I paid for access to a video course, but some of the videos did not work. This is a breach of contract and fraud because the course was advertised as a course where I could access videos, but I could not. UCSD refused to refund me or transfer me to the next course because they claimed the deadline for refund or withdrawal had passed. I am not escalating this complaint because under CA law, the deadline for filing a claim for fraud or breach of contract has not passed.
