Complaint: I had cancelled a colonic appointment to take place on March 4, Wednesday afternoon on Monday morning (I had paid for all three colonic appointment up front- as was recommended). I received very poor service during my first colonic on March 2, Monday morning at 7AM with this particular LVN. I spoke to the manager about canceling my second appointment (with the same LVN) and the manager (*****) assured me, in person, that I would be reimbursed for the March 4, Wednesday appointment. I returned home from the Optimum Health Institute on Monday, March 8th and the manager assured me my credit card would be reimbursed within a few days (by March 11 or 12th at the latest.) It is now March 23 and my credit card still has not been reimbursed for the cost. I left a voicemail for the manager ***** on March 18 and sent an email to the Optimum Health Institute March 19 but have received no contact or follow up regarding this matter.

Desired Settlement: I would like the Optimum Health Institute to refund the $65 dollars for the colonic appointment that was cancelled at least 48 hrs in advance- as they had promised. I would also like to be refunded $65 for the poor service during the first colonic therefore the colonic session was not completed.

My complaint submitted on 3/23/2015 6:36:47 PM against Optimum Health Institute of San Diego has been resolved.  They refunded my checking account for $65.00.  My complaint was assigned ID ********.
