      Our community has been overlooked and neglected by the management trust company. Action items discussed in board meetings still have yet to be fulfilled.Per our last board meeting, we agreed to replace the landscaper with a new vendor effective ****, which slightly increased our ***************. However, the management trust company failed to provide a termination notice to the original landscaper and we are responsible for paying for the ongoing services that were suppose to discontinued. At the same time, we are paying increased dues for a new landscape vendor, whom we have yet to see service our community. No details such as landscape maintenance schedule been provided to us/board.

      I've been living in one of their community for about 5 years. When I first moved in, they were okay. They answered not so quickly but at least did get back to me to my request or questions. But they just ignore your request now. I had some some water problem and requested repair multiple times but they never got back to me. And I had questions to the swimming pool policy as the water was super cold even during summer time and they didn't allow both parents to be with their child when they are playing in the water. Only one of us was able to come in no matter how many children you have. I sent 3 emails but not single word coming back to you. I called to *******************, the manager, 5 times and left voice mail 3 times but no hope here either. I gave up communicating with them and look forward to sell my place and move out asap.
