Complaint: I need 2 pieces of information from **** at API property management. 1) The name/contact information of the president of the HOA for ***** ****** *** ******* *** ***** ***** ** ***** 2) The name/contact info of his assistant who handled the washer/dryer disposal for unit 202C at the aforementioned property. I've spoken to **** on the phone and he stated that he cannot release the name/contact information of the HOA president over the phone and told me to email. I've sent 3 emails without any response from ****. Furthermore, I've left 4 messages for **** and he did not return one call. The lack of customer service at API is astounding. Thanks, -***** **********
