I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Major League Pest. Unfortunately, our home was burglarized during their fumigation process, and we were not adequately informed about the importance of keeping windows open. While their brochure mentioned the Valuables, this information was not verbally emphasized that windows will open after the second day. It is worth noting that we live in a corner house facing a busy Main Street.Upon reporting the incident to the manager, we received a dismissive response that lacked empathy. The manager casually stated, "Oh, that's only happened twice in the 20 years..." This response was deeply disappointing, considering the distressing situation we were facing. We have taken the necessary steps to file a report with the police, and we are determined to find out who broke into our house. It does not seem like a mere coincidence that the tent was cut open right in front of my son's bedroom window where the screen was cut open to enter into our home. The thieves seemed to have prior knowledge of where to go and what to take, as they only targeted the master bedroom and office, leaving the kitchen, living room and kids' bedroom untouched. Valuables such as jewelry, designer items, and laptops were stolen.Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Major League Pest. The lack of communication regarding window safety during fumigation, coupled with the manager's dismissive response, has left us feeling frustrated and violated.
