            So Cal Contractors were contracted to install a low threshold shower enclosure. It was not installed correctly. It floods the bathroom. The drain part was never installed. I was told the shower curtain was too short. That is not the issue. The water flows up to the back of the shower where there is a lower area. It then runs out and floods the bathroom. I have called several times. Twice today. Either they do not answer the phone, if they do answer they tell me ******** brother will call back to arrange an appointment. This never happens. Whenever I call, I always request to speak with ****** and to have ****** come out. This request goes unheeded. I need quick result as this has gone on for far too long.
