On 4/4/23 I dropped my car off at the Lexus dealer for the first 15000-mile Service since I bought the car.When I got home after they finished the service I noticed damage and a lot of brake dust on my rims that was not there before I also noticed my seat felt very uncomfortable as if I was sitting on a hard floor, my seats were still brand new. I noticed that my seats are old and stained now and my head rest hits the top of the car which it did not before. I also noticed the three manuals were missing from my glove compartment. Now I have one owner's manual and a navigation book that does not belong to me since I don't have navigation. I immediately called the service representative that helped me, and she told me to bring the car right back if I can. When I arrived back at the service department, I showed them the damage to my rims. gouges scrapes and a lot of brake dust. The service rep told me they took pictures with their tablet when I arrived at the service department before they touched my car. They showed me the pictures and the damage, the brake dust and dark tint on my wheels are not there! I didn't notice my seats were a different color, size and wear on the material until the next day. I told the service rep I did not have all of that brake dust, the service rep told me the brake dust is from the rims being in the front of the car and that I have a dark tint on the inside of my rims and that I could have cause all of the damage myself from parking, which is not true! The service rep accused me of causing the damage and her manager accused me of having the scrape already from a blurry picture from the mechanic shop after the tires were rotated. The Fixed Operations Director came out and didn't even look at my car at all and just told me sarcastically, I'm not doing anything about your rims/wheels and turned his back to me and walked away. Someone switched my new wheels, my new car seats and took my manuals. Pictures submitted were taken on 4/4/23
