Complaint: I contacted Realty System over email on Feb 3rd, 2013 for renting two bed room apartment in Irvine and Lake Forest area. ********** ******* representing the company talked to me over phone and send email listing some properties I might be interested in their website. But before start looking at the properties they wanted to collect all personal information of my wife and I including SS and drivers license. I decided to share only my personal information to start with due to identity theft worries. But they insisted to pay application fee so I paid application fee of $70 over pay pal on Feb 13, 2013.When I asked about seeing the property they told me that since my desired moving date is end of March I need to wait till start of March to start seeing the property.I waited patiently. On Feb 27, 2013 I contacted them over the site that I am willing to move by mid of March and asking whether I can see some properties on that Sunday which is March 2, 2013. I got a reply from ****** ******* who handles application for Alexandria on Feb 28 indicating their willingness to show me the properties this weekend and asked me to select top 6 properties which I did replying to that email.Then she replied asking whether I am available on Saturday. I replied that I am not available****** replied again that asking whether I am available on weekdaysfor which I replied again that I am not available.****** replied again stating they work only from monday to friday which is contrary from initial replyI lose the confidence of working with them. I replied that I don't want to continue and please refund application fee. Alexandria called me over phone around 3pm and said that she also don't have confidence in doing business with me and hence its even. She refused to refund the application fee because he did background and credit report for me which I requested for copy.I received the copy of credit report over email which has an order date of 02-28-2014 3:16PM. So basically they ordered it after our call.

Desired Settlement: Refund application fee and destroy records of my personal information. Please do an inquiry of their business whether its legitimate and are they doing any identity theft activities.
