They sold me broken case never responded to fixing the issue. It took a month to get my case when I paid for priority shipping. The cases dont perform as specified and are not as advertised.Review from John P

I ordered 2 phone cases over 3 weeks ago they took my money but never shipped my phone cases. Tried calling and nobody answers and voicemail is full also tried emailing but not response. Very poor customer service ans is a fraud of a company taking peoples money. They need to be shut down.Review from Ford B

I ordered a phone case that included a holster. Received the case only (without the holster) and got no response from the company when I made attempted to get this corrected. I will not shop here again.Review from Stacy G

I ordered a phone case, and went on their website to get a return address check the address twice it got returned to Sender and it is a correct address. I'm out the price of the phone case and the shipping to send it back. The phone number on their website is inaccurate. They never sent me a confirmation or tracking number. You can't even put in a request for return on their website without the tracking number that I do not have and they will not reply to an email I've tried multiple times over a course of a month. In fairness to My Phone Case shopping site:: I was waiting for an email confirming shipment and didn't get one. Being concerned, I went to this BBB site and was alarmed by the reviews and complaints. Then, Saturday, November 12, I received my order as promised; Shipped from *******, ******. Ten days elapsed between order confirmation date and received date. I can only guess that the company is able to offer lower prices by not using employee time to communicate to customers in follow up messages, which is mostly the norm with other companies. I would probably order from them again.Review from Kimberly J
