Complaint: I ordered a chair-mat and paid for it with my CC the 8th of Sept.The mat was shipped ( so they say ) and was damaged by FedEx.They told me they could send me a less expensive mat right away and refund my credit card with the difference in price. I agreed to that . I sent 5 emails asking about my credit refund but each time I got a different excuse as to why it wasn't credited yet. They stopped answering my emails about 3 weeks ago so I have to assume they are not interested in cus***er satisfaction.

In response to this cus***er.  We shipped out a replacement mat the next day after speaking with him.  The refund hit a snag as he used paypal and we had to refund directly to his credit card.  This was taken care of as soon as we received his credit card info.  We have been in business for over 35 years and are in the office Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm an take pride in our cus***er service.  If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at 877-269-1248.  Thanks, ***
