Complaint: I acquired a package mailing costs 73.95 in December 2014. Benchmark charging me 73.95 to my credit card ******** ******* the day 09/12/2014. With the payment made was entitled to send 70,000 emails, but just send 25,000 emails. Do not use the service more than other companies of the same type, has a very good service and does not work as they offered, for this cause came back not to use the service. The day 01/09/2015 ******** ******* informs me that the company has used my data again and returned me to charge 73.95 dollars, which I did not authorize, but they become irregularly charging for a service not turned to use or apply. I communicate with benchmark and say I unfortunately lost my money and they will not reimburse me what was billed on 09/01/2015. I ask back the money improperly withdrew my ******** ******* credit card.
Desired Settlement: I wish my money back that benchmark collection erratically my credit card.
