Consumer complaints allege deceptive advertising. Most complaints allege being automatically signed up for a $59.95 yearly enrollment fee which they did not authorize. Many complaints allege that upon signing up online, there is an “acceptance” box that is automatically checked and is hidden within the order information. Several of those complaints also indicate difficulty reaching customer service for assistance or refunds. On April 8, 2013 the BBB was notified by the business that their program provides members the option to hit "accept" or "no thanks" when prompted with the opportunity to enroll in their annual membership online. Also, the business indicates that during the initial 30 days of the program, as well as after that period ends, members are sent several emails reminding them of their enrollment and informing them of their ability to cancel the program to obtain a full refund at any time for any reason.
