              On Feb. 28, 2024 I met with a LA Fitness representative at the ******************** branch. The name of the sales person is ***********************. He sold me a membership but did not disclose a $59 annual membership fee that I would have to pay every year. When I saw the charge in my credit card I talked to this person and he told me he was going to overwrite the fee acknowledging that he omitted to disclose it. After 10 days without a refund I was reassured again by the same person that I was going to receive it soon. It has been almost a month and I have not received any refund.

              The worst gym. Dirty. Equipment is bad. Instructors are not educated in what they teach. Not enough classes. Read fine print of your agreement. Especially about any fee and when you cancel they don't care when you cancel they still keep the money for the whole month plus the month you paid when you signed up. Ridiculous managers. Not flexible, rude.
