Monex has not delivered paid for coins and refusing to give me refund, ,or send me coins. Wire transfer sent May 9th for over $12,700. Shipment lost by **** Monex put claim but will not tell me when this will be resolved. Shipment was insured by Monex. This is causing me personal collateral financial hardship at this time . Either I want the coins I ordered or I want my money returned asap. I did not agree to waiting over a month for delivery and certainly not entering a second month.

Bought a bag of 40% silver coins a long time ago. Never checked on the contents as I was purchasing it as a long term investment. Supposed to have $1000 face value coins, but when I recently sold the bag it had 100 fewer coins in it. Called Monex and simply told it was too late to do anything and I should have weighed or counted the coins when I first received them. This is ridiculous as I believe nobody want to open a sealed bag when it arrives. Basically lost out on about $400.00 of value for the purchase.Suggest nobody purchase a bag of silver coins from Monex as they *** guarantee the contents.

    Monex Deposit Company Response

    07/03/2023

Monex can confirm the 40% silver bag was purchased from Monex in ****. Monex was again contacted on 6/29/23, 25 years after the purchase. Unfortunately, this 40% bag has not been in our possession over the past 25 years and having not been advised there was an issue by the customer upon receipt we have no way to verify the information contained in this review is accurate.Further, the customer stated they had recently sold the bag to a dealer, the dealer did not count the contents of the bag, the bag was "weighed", and the customer did not weigh or count the bag to verify the information the dealer provided is accurate. Customer Response

    07/03/2023

customers, I am certain, will purchase silver coin bags for long term ****** against inflation, etc. They are typically stored and not sold immediately. As the bag was not opened until it was sold, it was safe from coin losses. It was weighed and not counted, but that is a standard way to reveal the contents of the bag, rather than counting **** coins. Monex owes me an apology, at least. I've purchased other products from them and from other companies and never had an issue.
