      We have had nothing but issues with devices and GPS going on 2 years now. We have never had any credits from them for equipment not working properly for longer then a week or two, which we have had many devices not working. The customer service from our REP ******************* has always been null and void. We are now on the thrid week of waiting for contract ends dates on Equipment and buyout amounts. This isn't the 1st time the rep doesn't do his job professionally or accurately. We have had DOT inspections fail even with an active case #. We have not be able to get our automatic on duty removed. Not everytime a driver logs in is he on duty. Missing mileage and incorrect locations of trucks. This system ***** all the way around. Every time they do an update which is often the ELD'S go hay wire and information is not correct or they stop working all together. Run don't waste your money. I can say there has been one person at Teletracs that has always done a great job even when not our rep. **** is *********************. The reps and customer service don't know what they are doing. They ask for the driver info and say they will call drivers after we have been on hold for 2 hours and they never follow thru with calling the driver and resloving the issue at hand. There are other companies out there that ******** care about your team being compliant and giving you your money's worth!!! Teletracnavman is NOT that company.

      We had these devices installed in our vehicles in December 2020. All of our vehicles are late model pick **** Within a couple weeks of installation we started having problems, many of which left multiple mechanics stumped as to the origin. Now several different vehicles have all had problems with the **** transmission control module. 7 of 12 of our vehicles have had some kind of electronic issue since installation, that continue even after removal. When it finally hit us that it was the system was when we had it installed on a brand new ***** Silverado, and the first time being turned on the computer went haywire, causing all of the lights to go on, windshield wipers to turn on and (you guessed it) TCM code was read. We now have 2 vehicles that are inoperable and one, the new ***** that, even after removal of the device, intermittently goes haywire. Some of our research leads us to believe that the way they are installed is causing a pull of current from the computer causing permanent malfunctions. The technology behind these devices is fantastic, but not at the cost of your fleet. Perhaps it is made for big rigs and trucks of that size, but it has all but destroyed our fleet of pick *** and cost us countless hours of work in towing and logistics. They actually let us out of the contract (which they never do) and an email suggested they had culpability, but when we requested reimbursement for the now $20,000 plus dollars in repairs they have cost us, they ignored our pleas.
