business is a scam. i just signed up for traffic school online, then realized the account I made doesn't work, could not reset my password, and the phone number to this company is disconnected. ironically, they were still able to charge my credit card $21.95.criminal.

hidden fees. They are dishonest and misleading. You don't reveal them till end of course. And user has no option but to pay them because the **************** doesn't accept paper certificates and requires results to be electronically uploaded so that should be upfront and included, Shame on you. I never leave bad reviews but this is warranted. I hope someone else will be spared of this experience. I am very disappointed in this company. I signed my daughter up for the course and was told she had six months to complete. Three months in, we received an email stating that she had three weeks to complete or she would have to start all over because they were changing platforms. During exams and a time she is sick shes going to have to now add this to her plate or possibly have to start all over when shes about 15 hours in. They also charge your card $5 a month for roadside assistance that I knew nothing about and no way to get a refund or cancel. Avoid this company at all costs!Review from Sally L

This is not the company you should do your online drivers ** from . I completed mine through here and I went on to a different place for my in cars . I am half ways through my in cars I have one more left but they are not letting Me complete the course because drivers **.com never sent me my enrollment paper .i called them and they were very rude to me they said they do not require it in the ************* and she hung up on me , if they didnt require it then why would people still need it to get their license?? I know some other people having the same trouble as me . I saw some compliments ab its a scam and $10 dollars for the completion for and yeah its a total scamReview from Nat

Shame on you as a business, auto-charging customers $5 per month with NO opportunity oh Account Settings to cancel. No upfront explanation or approval of a recurring charge. Reporting this business to Amex and will be warning others on social media.Review from Teresa M

Beware of the "free" roadside assistance offer!There is no obvious way to opt out of this "free" offer so a couple of months after you start the course you start getting charged $5 a month for roadside assistance. There is no way to talk to a live person and their FAQ section is woefully inadequate. You have to submit a contact form to get in touch with anyone.When I asked why I was still getting charged, they asked for all this information like name of course, full name of student, last 4 digits of credit card used, etc as though they are researching my issue when they probably know right away that they're charging me for roadside assistance!!!I wish I had done more research on this company before signing up. There's no way they should be able to display an A+ BBB rating on their website with this many complaints against them!!Review from Marc R

No problems with the course whatsoever (April 2022). Most important, they electronically sent the completion certificate to Palm Beach County, ** within an hour of completing the course! ********** lets you check online using their "Traffic School Completion Check".
