            In April 2012, I underwent same teeth procedure at Permandontics. I was promised free lifetime aftercare and yearly check-**** I visited the office on a yearly basis and had occasionally ************** done all free of charge. Due to the pandemic I did not go in for a checkup for several years. About 2 months ago I decided to schedule an appointment for a check-up and a minor repair. To my surprise there was a charge of $150.00. After objecting, the office manager waived the fee because I had not been informed beforehand. However, I was told in the future I would be charged for services and she seemed surprised about my statement that I was given free lifetime aftercare. I was informed that Dr. ********************** and Dr. ********************** no longer the own Permadontics. However at your website it shows that Dr. ********************** still owns the company. I request that the lifetime free after care will be honored by Permandontics. Dr. **********************'s office has so far not responded to my written request sent Sept. 26, 2022.

            So far I am not happy and satisfied with my experience with PermaDontics. I haven't completed my treatment yet, once I complete my treatment I will share my experience in detail from the beginning (surgery) to the final product. I will give the pros and cons, what one needs to expect from PermaDontics and if PermaDontics is the best in ********* or not (as what they claim to be. They were voted by San Diego tribune union the best only till 2015). I will be detailing my experience with both Doctors, Dr. ********************** and ****************. And depending on the final outcome I will update my review and could increase or decrease the stars ratings.
