I have had an amazing experience with Americas Finest Carpet Company. The experience from start to finish was made easy. The sales rep **** was able to find the right type of flooring for our budget and home structure. He didn't promise me the farm, He explained every aspect of the purchase process. What to expect and what a hick-up could be and how he would resolve it if it happened.I was comfortable in making the purchase. We had a few hick-**** but **** came right back with acceptable resolutions that were not ***** rigged and worked proper. I was spending my savings and he understood that. I did have concerns and we worked through then together as a team.His team has utterly WOWED me. I am very happy with my flooring purchase, installation, and the guided service he provided. I trust him with color and his keen sense of style for my home.I highly recommend giving the opportunity. ****************Review from Daniella E

Today we had our apartment schedule for new carpet through our manager.Both of the guys were caught on video going through our property in our home.And going through my dresser drawer.I have 4 minors at home & this sickened me to stomach.I kicked them out with out their stuff as they werent even an hour into the **************** called the police & got corporate on the phone.I told them they need to send out new people to come finish the job.They told me they couldnt send anyone until Thursday (Mind you today is Monday ).As the rooms barely even have the padding & exposed nails on all the entrys to the ******************** with 4 kids ,my ********* husband.This is so wrong and unexceptionable.The lady on the phone from corporate was more worried about me letting the men get their tools then what had just happened and my carpet not even being done.They had no urgency to fix this situation asap & to fix it right away but to have us sit for days in this condition is mind blowing.I cant even put anything in our rooms as the padding smells .Still no one from the company has reached out to ****** have sent all of the videos.I am beyond upset over this **************** have also lost me as a customer from also ********************** cleaning.Review from rumana s

My carpet was installed and after 2 years it has lost its fluffiness completely. I have had it professionally cleaned 3 ties and even sent he receipt to *****, she requested the receipts, and I emailed it to her as well as photos of Before steam cleaned and after steam cleaned, it looks the same.I have been contacting AFC for two years and they have consistently ignored me?I am giving them a final chance to restore my carpet to its original fluffiness, and they are just not moving forward with my claim.I have kept up with their warranty requirements of vacuuming each week, having it cleaned professionally every 18 months. I am appalled that they are getting A rating with BBB?? How come.You can read the following review's and they are all negative? Has BBB has lost their mind?? Please help me make my carpet fluffy again or give my $3300 back.Lousy carpets and the sales lady who sold it to me has quit 4 years ago as well?What does that tell you?Best regards,******Review from Eva A

I manage a senior apartment complex. We had an incident happen yesterday, one of there guys came to wash a residents carpet. He used a pocket knife to hold the fire door open and he forgot to take it with him. My resident comes to the office to let us know that the guy left the door open and she can't reach to remove what ever he used to keep the door open. My Assistant goes to remove what was up there when she pulled it that's when she realized it was a pocket knife. If she would not have moved it would of hit her head with the blade open. I called to speak to the supervisor, the guy that answered the phone said he was the supervisor. After i tell him the incident he says ok let me transfer you to the supervisor like WTH!!! I get transferred to a ******** no answer. I called back to get an email for ********. I email ******** regarding the incident and sent photos of the pocket knife on 3/2/2022 and now its almost 4 pm on 3/3/2022 and no response to my email. I called today and asked for Veronicas supervisor they transferred me and a girl answers, i asked who am i speaking with she says AF. I said but who am i speaking with she refused to say. I then tell her i need to speak to who ever Veronicas boss is she says oh the owner one moment. The girl gets back on the phone and says " Oh he is not in right now" i respond of course not. If you are reading this *******************************, I hope you train your staff to be more professional and more helpful when people call or send incident reports to your supervisor ********. Your staff was very rude, first the man that answered today cutting me off and transferred me to someone that refused to state there name . Then yesterday with your employee who uses a pocket knife that could have hurt my resident or my employee. A pocket knife should have never been used. A response email from your supervisor ******** acknowledging my email would of been nice. Please tell your employees not to be using pocket knifes.Review from Peter

I sit here looking at our laminate wood floor that was installed 3 years ago by AFC and was rated at a 50-year life and equivalent durability of oak hardwood and it looks like it has ***** years of wear on it. The laminate is coming off in areas and the corners and edges of the product are all showing advanced wear. This started about 6-8 months after it was installed and about 12 months after I reached out to AFC. It took months to get them to respond and then once they did, they did everything they could to direct the blame elsewhere. They sent an "unbiased" quality inspector and one look at our dog he focused right on that as the cause. This was not the issue, since the problem existed well before we got the dog and we got him as a little puppy, years before he would be fully grown. I was very persistent with AFC and they kept pushing me off to the manufacture of the flooring, saying it was their issue not AFC, BUT AFC sold me the product. They will not stand behind the product they sold me and now we are stuck with a floor that will not last nearly the life they claimed it would.In addition to this, we had some significant issues with the installation. They did not complete the job, not reinstalling appliances they moved in the kitchen to install flooring under, they didnt caulk any of the gaps and worst of all they left the place a mess. Their project manager even argued with me that they never install flooring under appliances so there was no way they moved them, but you can clearly see that the flooring was installed in these locations. I had to withhold our final payment to hire someone else to complete the work and cleaning. AFCs project manager even tried to charge our credit card after we told him he was not authorized to charge it and had to call our bank to stop the transaction. We found out later they had to fire this project manager, but not sure if it was related to this issue. Dont waste your time with AFC, they are all smoke and mirrors and dont stand behind the products or their installation. There are way too many other choices out there to waste your time. Dont go through what we went through, go elsewhere and be happy with the service you receive, the product and customer service. Look them up on the Better *************** 1 out of 5 starts.
