Complaint: I opened a checking account with this bank few years ago. I was told it was free checking when I opened my account. My account number is *********. When I moved couple of years ago, I tried to make the address change through their online banking, but I was not allowed to do that. I personally do not drive and it was hard for me to stop by the bank and make these address change. My English is also poor. I always need my husband's help to communicate. When I spoke to ***** at Pacific Premier Bank with my husband's help today, she told us that my deposit of $126.66 was used up and they also closed my account. I never received any statement or notice saying that they have started charging $10.00 a month for service charge. I will remove the complaint if I get all my money back.
