            We had our Toyota crown serviced by their service department while on a road trip. When we got back home we realized we didnt receive a copy of our service report. I reached out to them and asked for a copy to be emailed to me as all other service reports from multiple other Toyotas had done this. They refused stating privacy.I then emailed the service manager explaining we dont live in the state and that I couldnt physically come in and provided my drivers license. He responded weeks later saying I had to come in for security purposes and that I can get it from a local Toyota. This is not the case unless they are part of that location. I already asked our local Toyota.I just want my service record.

            This is the worst service ever. They don't know how to respect people and evaluate their time. I made an appointment with them to diagnose a problem in my 2015 toyota Sienna automatic sliding door, and I arrived at the time (11:30 am) and a woman of the staff took my car and told me it will take one to two hours to diagnose the problem. I wait there more than three hours and they do nothing. I ask the women how long it is going to take more because I need to bring my children from school. She said I don't know, and they need more time for that. But I had to go. They tried to make me lease a car from them and leave my car there, but I asked them to bring my car and leave. She said they were working in my car, and they disassembled the door and needed time to assemble the door, but I insisted on taking the car and leaving. She took two minutes to bring the car, and that meant that they weren't working with my car. She was mad and threw the key and told me to go and take the car. The car sliding door stopped working after it was opened and closed suddenly when I was driving in the freeway and the window glass broke too. Toyota expanded the warranty for nine years because some of the door parts have defects. They have to do the repair for free, but they wanted to charge me $195 for diagnosing the problem only and then see how much the parts cost. I will contact toyota usa and complain at better businesses bureau. They are non-professional and so rude and try to rip people too.
