    I sold my Honda civic on March 21st and was told by ************************* that I would receive the check after one week which would have been March 28th. However, March 28th comes and I didnt get anything and no calls. So I called the dealership and asked what is going on. They said you will not be receiving the check for a couple of weeks because of the title loan on it. I said okay no problem. It is now May 11 and every week I am being told 1 more week. It is absolutely ridiculous that I was given misinformation to begin with. I didnt sell the car to wait over a month for the money! I am asking the business pays me the full amount of the $11,000 of the car and not whatever is just remaining after the loan was paid. I waited for over a month, I was given misinformation by their incompetent employees, and they put me in an extremely difficult position because we needed that money immediately.

    Picture this scenario: a woman in her 20s shows up in a Honda civic that the glass had been completely shattered on after a big truck rear ended her. The car is totaled and the young woman has ptsd and trauma from the accident. She informs the dealership that she went through a bad divorce in 2020 where she had no lawyer and lost everything, so now to get by this woman has to work 40 hours a week on top of being a full time student. She lets the dealership know of her stressful financial situation and the sales manager ************************* with dollar signs in his eyes sends his most aggressive and mean team member *********************** after her. The young woman was pressured hard into getting a car that was wayyyy out of her price range. The dealership gave her no choice and even harassed and bullied her the entire time throughout, especially by someone named ********************* who couldn't stop bragging about receiving a raise. The response of the manager ********************* is to say the dealership itself made no commission off her, even though *** and ***** made individual commission. Why does someone who is from another country with 0 family support only two alcoholic parents here, with a bad financial situation seem like a good candidate to get a car worth $760 a month? They are way too aggressive and pushy here they don't care if they destroy lives as long as at the end of the day the sales men get their commission. There is 0 compassion for human beings here, if you end up dealing with ***********************, *************************, *********************, or ********************* ( manager who only got the job cause his daddy is in charge of Norm Reeves otherwise he would probably be flipping burgers), run the other direction. They don't care who they have to hurt and step on as long as they get their money in the end by any means possible.
