My recent visit to Toyota of Anaheim was marked by dissatisfaction and frustration. I brought in my **** Toyota 4Runner for a factory service and a full point inspection. However, my expectations were not met.Issues:1). Inconsistency and Delays: The promised completion dates were inconsistent, leading to 6 days without my car and disruptions to my schedule. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience.2). Overcharging: I felt swindled and overcharged for services. Local feedback confirmed I could have paid significantly less at other auto repair shops. I received criticism from auto technicians for overpaying significantly.3). Unethical Tactics: The sales tactics used by *******, my service consultant, and later by ****, were manipulative and deceitful, creating a false sense of urgency and pressure during the negotiation process. I felt like I had to make a quick decision and had no time to think. They consistently used pressure tactics, insisting and never accepting "no" for an answer. I felt taken advantage of and this leads me to wonder if this type of manipulation and pressure is supported by the principles, mission, and integrity of the salespersons here at Toyota of Anaheim.4). Results and Lack of ************************* After paying a significant amount of money, my car failed to start a few days later, adding to my frustration. **** insisted on a $100 inspection fee, on top of the $7k I just paid the previous week. The lack of genuine customer service and trust at ********************** left me deceived and upset. My car still encounters issues, and I doubt that the necessary job was performed correctly 5). Disregard for ******************** well- being: It feels like I'm in shark- infested waters every time I visit. It is disheartening to feel like my genuine interests and financial well being were disregarded in favor of closing a deal and earning commission. I don't feel like a rightful customer, and I felt like just another commission opportunity.Review from Ashley D

I bought a car from here, received excellent service from my salesperson and management. I was given an amazing offer for my trade-in that I couldn't resist and my new RAV4 is simply beautiful. Thank you to the team from Toyota of Anaheim!Review from Scarlett G

In the past I have and praised this dealership and gave them 5 stars, I have used them for at least good 5 years from all of my Toyota vehicles , until lately their service *****, I have appointment for just regular maintenance oil change and kept my land cruiser almost 4 hours only to be advised that they did nothing, I took my truck back to Norwalk Toyota and get it done in 1 hour, NEVER AGAIN that I will visit or recommend this dealership buying or servicing a Toyota vehicle DO NOT USED this dealership for your service very incompetentReview from Raffi H

This dealership will not honor their advertising price ,i complaint to costumer relationship manager her name ***************************,she could not help me what so ever ,false promises i sent an emails with there **** advertising prices on a lease ,including pictures ,no sales person contacted me, they refuse to give me that deal ,even though ca,vehicle code sectio *******e dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised vehicles for more than their advertised prices, very disappointed.Review from Susan H

I have been using Miller Toyota of Anaheim for all of my service needs on my Toyota Prius for the last 6 years, and have been very satisfied. I would most likely not be logging a complaint here if a representative from Toyota would have returned my call, but it's been almost two weeks with no response. On July 28 2021, I brought my car in for routine 6 month service. I received my recommended service needed report via text and was flabbergasted when I saw nearly $4,500.00 in recommended service. The most laughable "immediate attention required" service being $825.35 to replace the license plate bulbs! Attached to this "failed item" as it was noted, was a video using scare tactics that if the bulbs aren't replaced it could cause damage to my electrical system? Seriously? When I asked my service rep about it he told me not to worry about it which made me even more suspicious. NOTE: this is not a complaint against my service rep, he is always kind an courteous and I understand these reports are auto-generated. I shared my feelings with him that I felt Toyota was trying to scam me for a lot of unnecessary and seriously overpriced service and he did say he would speak to his manager. He walked in her office, she stated she overheard our conversation and he came back saying she was sending an email? An email to who? If she had come into the room I was in and spoken to me, I may not be writing this complaint. I walked out bewildered. Needless to say I did not pay to replace the bulbs, rather I did it myself and it cost $5.00 for the bulbs and took less than 5 minutes. Since this is the first time this has happened, I thought it was possible it was some sort of fluke (as my rep implied) and decided I should call and speak directly to the manager. I was unable to be directly connected and although I left my email and phone number, I never received any response. It's been 2 weeks. I checked online and saw other "recent" reviews of this dealership that reflect what I am feeling which is this: satisfied in the past, now it appears to have different management, and there appears to be price gouging and upselling happening more frequently.Review from Kathryn J

Miller Toyota of Anaheim has the most incompetent and dysfunctional management team I have ever experienced as a customer. I communicated with a sales representative through email inquiring about a vehicle. I then scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle and negotiate pricing. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment the sales representative was not working that day nor able to be contacted. I then was contacted the following day by a manager extremely apologetic and eager to ***** the situation. He then sent me an offer on the vehicle of interest which I agreed upon and scheduled an appointment to finalize a contract. When meeting with the manager and completing all necessary documents I was told to wait for the next available finance representative to complete my purchase. While waiting an hour I was approached by a senior management member who informed me that they will no longer honor the negotiated deal. The deal which was agreed upon and already processed with the internet manager who I had been dealing with. The senior manager informed me that his manager whom was not present at the dealership would not approve the terms of the already processed contract. This unpleasant and extremely frustrating experience is one that a customer should not have endure in dealing with a reputable dealer.
