The entire company is built on lies and dishonesty. Don't do business with them. Complaint About Parts Warranty:I purchased parts(Angel Light Bulbs) with a 2-year warranty at Crevier BMW in April 2022, The bulbs wore out in Feb 2023. To replace the bulbs on warranty, they tell me that need to do an inspection which costs $761.40 Anyone can do a test to check the condition of a bulb, Testing the bulb in a different socket and testing a working bulb on the original socket tells you if the bulb is faulty or the socket is faulty. So I had to take my car back because they are not honest and don't honor the warranty. Complaint about Service Department:I had a check engine light on in April 2022, By running the diagnostics, they got the "002EEA", which tells you that a temperature sensor is worn out. Guess what, the criminal service advisor give me a quote for the following repairs after they diagnosed the Check Engine Light which had a customer quote price of about $8000. I had to take my car back and got the sensor replaced by another mechanic at ******* who got it done for $75. I can add videos(service technicians lying about services) and photos for proof(invoices and quotes).
