CollisionDoc tried to fix my Bumper and fender but failed to do it 3 times 1st time I was told my car was ready the paint was cracked in multiple places and there were scratches still on the bumper.2nd time it was supposed to be ready there was a huge scratch/crack on the bottom part of the bumper, ***, the manager, apologized and offered a rental car to compensate to which I declined and asked for a discount instead in equivalent to the amount for the rental which he agreed to.I was told they would call me when the car was ready to be picked up and i was left for days without contact when i went to call them they told me my car would be ready the following day and another person would tell me that was not ready and i would have to wait. They did not give me a specific day to pick up and i didnt hear from them for days.3rd time i went to retrieve my car i noticed the bumper had 2 pieces of hair under the clear coat. The painter as well as the receptionist agreed they needed to take the bumper off again.By this time i was exhausted of giving them so many opportunities so i requested my money back or a reasonable discount so i could fix my car somewhere else to which i was told only ***, the manager, was able to issue.i was told ***, the manager, would be back Tuesday, Oct 4th and would call me but he never did. i contacted them on Oct 6th but he denied the job had defects and requested to see the car again.At this time It's been 15 days and the repair has not been completed. I am dissatisfied with the quality and feel they are not qualified to finish my car.I would also like to mention that 2 out of the 3 times i noticed my car application (kia ******** alerted me when the bumper/headlights/blinker were being worked on but the 3rd time the car was in the shop it did not which makes me think they painted with the bumper on while *** was out of town.
