            One of my credit card'd went into collections and CIR law offices located in ********* **********, was handling the account. I set up automatic payments to repay the debt and in November of 2019 I settled with them and made my final payment. I requested to have paperwork mailed to me and email to me which they never did, I do have confirmation numbers from all my payments as well as people's names I spoke to and bank records showing all my payments to CIR. I have attempted to call them numerous times over the course of the past year and change and nobody answers the phone, and now the phone is disconnected, their website is no longer it seems they have gone out of business. I recently received my TransUnion report and the credit card company comenity Bank has a different debt collector trying to collect monies from me despite the fact that this has been settled and paid. I don't know what to do I can't get in touch with the original debt collection company please please help!!!
