Deceitful seller, difficult to work with & miserable person. I bought a used ************** from this business. The dryer is electric & required 220 v. Prior to delivery I asked if I could return them. He said 15% restocking fee. My home isn't wired for 220. To convert is a hassle plus more $$. First of all when he delivered it he probably knew it wouldn't work. Being a low ball seller he decided to rip me off & take advantage of me. Two days later I asked to return the dryer. He said he'd work with me. Two days after that I returned the dryer with a help of a friend. Rob told me no refund after he told me earlier he'd work with me. This guy insulted me by with insults having nothing to do with returning the dryer. He said "If you bought a dryer from Lowes they won't take it back nor refund it". Any middle class person who ever bought a new appliance from ****************** Costo or Best Buy knows that's a lie. He said the space for my dryer isn't vented. It is but the person who did my floor didn't replace the tubing. That had nothing to do with returning his merchandise. He likes to hit below the belt. The price wasn't that great. I saved $500 **** No great savings when I'm stuck with a dryer I can't use. If you like personal insults, being lied to by changing rules in the middle of the game this is your man. I'm surprised he's in business with these low ball *************** nasty attitude. If I could give minus 5 starts I would. Stay away from this place.
