Do not seem to be able to get a auto ship order cancelled. Actually never realized it was set up as auto ship monthly until it keep arriving. At my wits end trying to cancel!!Review from Donald W

VetDepot is just another shady company that doesn't let you cancel an order online, prints the shipping label as quickly as they can so if you actually get a response to an email or phone call, they claim that's it's already shipped. In reality, it won't ship for days.Their online order site duplicated my order; It declined my CC and when I re-entered it it charged me a higher price. Just avoid them. Shop at Petmeds or Chewys or some other reputable site.Review from Micha H

Item was purchased on 10/9. No ******** was received. I sent 4 emails leading up to 10/24, at which time I finally filed a dispute with my financial institution. On the 27th the company finally emailed me with a tracking number showing the item had been delivered 14days earlier. I do not have reason to check my mailbox other than for deliveries, having everything online.Review from Christie T

I'm TOTALLY unsatisfied and haven't received my dog supplement order over 1 month later!I ordered ******* [26879-4] Free Form Snip Tips ************** Dogs 250 Ct. ****** Animal Health], 2 bottles, on 8/30/2023.I paid $162.I have yet to receive it.Order status is "In Proc OTC".I've called twice to try to resolve this. Last Wednesday, I called at 714 pm CST. Today, I called at 524 pm, 525 pm, and 532 pm CST. The recording states that customer service is open on Mondays until 7 pm EST / 6 pm CST. Therefore, someone in customer service should have been available to answer my call, not a vmail system. I want a refund of my $162 by the end of the week. If I'm going to need to wait more than 1 week to receive something that I order on the internet, then I need to be told that. My dog hasn't had his supplement for 1 week because you folks provide terrible customer service.Review from Jean P

I can not get them to stop trying to reorder meds for my DEAD dog. They NEVER answer customer service phone number. In fact, when you respond as a customer, the call disconnects.My credit card company will not help me out because this was set up as an automatic reorder...I have to handle it with VetDepot. The prescription is expired and the issuing vet does not take fax orders. So they are falsely and illegally reordering the meds for my DEAD dog.Review from BL E

I ordered **************** medication from VetDepot on August 14, 2022. My card was charged $126.38 for the medicine. I then waited for it to arrive.and waitedand waited. I just called to find out what was going on and they said, Oh - sorry. Its out of stock. Someone should have called you and refunded the money. Well, no one had called me and no one had refunded the money. If I had not called today I feel fairly certain I never would have gotten the medication or my refund. Meanwhile, ** now left scrambling to purchase my dogs medication & will likely have to pay a rush fee elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!Review from Kathy P

Just ordered from VetDepot and then noticed that they displayed a BBB membership on their website, however BBB shows that VetDepot is not a BBB member. What gives?
