            I hired BarkBusters to train my dog. When the representative called I explained in detail the issues I was looking to resolve,they said he could help with all issues. I had 1 zoom class with the trainer & was told it would all be in person for as long as I needed.I had 2 house visits with the trainer basically telling me to say the word BAH and clap for my barking issues. With the issue of being afraid in parking lots he said he prob will always have that. Barking & afraid of parking lots was the 2 issues I told them I needed help with. This costs $800. Come to find out a have a coworker who used them and had the same issue. I asked for a reimbursement from the company & said I did not want the trainer to contact me. 3 days later the trainer emailed me. He agreed to send $275 (1/3) of the fee back. Further looking into the reviews I see alot of the same complaints. I feel this is a Country wide pyramid scheme.

            Our "trainer" *************************** is a criminal! My husband and I have been trying to contact him for 2 weeks to do our 3 week follow-up session for our dog and he has ignored all forms of communication and the local office has been less than helpful in getting him to contact us. He basically took our money and ran. Do not use these services!
