    Escalade ESV purchased at end of July *0*3. Maintenance plan, tire, and electronic protections purchased. Here is my recent extremely poor and disgusting service experience by H3*36343539363*303134H Service Department.I Noticed a corner of driver's door weather strip was not flush, need replacing. They inspected and ordered the parts. Parts came in, then I scheduled a service appointment * weeks ahead to replace a weather strip and check skipping windshield wiper. Dropped off vehicle 8:30am on a ********** service advisor estimated to be a 1 day service, max * days. Drove off a loaner vehicle with 1/4 fuel left (* bars). All good so far. As I drove off the loaner, i noticed a big crack on the windshield, and took a picture immediately, texted my service advisor he needed to document this, he replied all good.After 3 days, no service update, I personally went in on Friday afternoon because no updates, no replies. I saw the car, there was nothing done. On Monday, the car is finally done. Of course, I had to text again to ask for updates. It took 6 days, 4 business days to replace a weather strip and re-calibrate the wipers.At this point, okay, just a long service, whatever. But here comes the disgusting part. I returned the service loaner with 1 bar of fuel, the service manager lady claimed the car was at 40% and wanted to charge me $40+. They saw the windshield crack and told me it was not documented, and needs to charge me for repair. I made my argument. Then the Manager went on a rant stating at the time I signed the loaner document, there was no **** on the low fuel and windshield crack. It was my fault that their service advisor did not **** the damage and fuel. It was my fault that I signed and drove off to go to work, didn't spend enough time checking the loaner.This is twisted and disgusting. To everyone's note, this dealership is not worth any human decency and trust. Be sure to record and photo all conversations and documents if you must go there.
