I saw a ad on tiktok for a couch on sale. I thought it was being bought from tiktok shop. When I purchased it I did not receive a email with any information. After a few days I checked the tracking and it gave me a tracking number and said it was shipped. After a few more days I went to check the tracking and it won’t let you go to the site to check the tracking anymore and it says server can’t be found. Unable to contact them and never received the couch.
