            Over the years the Action crew have replaced all of the mechanical equipment in my house - after which I proceeded to ignore it. This year I had them come and do a spring check up of everything. It all works well but I was in for a shock when they took the cover off my 10 year old air conditioner - the thing was filthy. With what this stuff cost's I would suggest to everyone a regular maintenance schedule. As a nice aside, unlike the cable guy, they showed up when they said they would.
