    I ordered 2 sets of windows on Nov16/21 and Dec13/21 and put 2 deposits on them of $400 and $500. The windows should have been ready long ago. For the past couple of weeks we have been calling daily and leaving messages that have not been returned. We have also sent emails and had a friend go to their store (as we are in Kenora). Our friend said the doors were locked on Sat and again today with no sign of foot prints or shovelling. There is no sign on the door or information on their website and Facebook page. We have no idea what is going on. ***************************************************************************************************************** We are at a standstill on our renovation at the lake as we have been waiting for these windows. We don't know if we have to look elsewhere and start again or what to do. We would appreciate the help. Thanks

    On September 8, 2020 I ordered 2 basement windows from Burron Lumber and gave them a $350.00 deposit. Three weeks later the installer, Joe came to measure so I assumed installation was immanent. Well, by October they still hadn't come back, so I called them and a recording said they were closed for the winter and would open in the spring. They couldn't even apply common courtesy and phone me to let me know.
    In the spring I began calling them. I get one excuse after the other. I was told that Joe would call me on the 10th (June) and my windows would be installed that week. He never called and they didn't come. I phoned two weeks later and was told they had hired a part time installer and he had a list. I was on the list and they would get to me eventually. I phoned two weeks later and was told the owner (Kim ******) had a meeting the day before and now I was at the top of the list. I phoned one week later and I told the person who answers the phone (Kelly) that I had enough and if I didn't receive a call from Joe the installer by the end of the day with an installation date, I would be coming down the next day to get my $350.00 dollar deposit and I'd go elsewhere. Well, 4 hours later, Joe the installer called and said my 2 windows would be installed the next day. July 15th, ten months after I ordered them, ten months. He was here at 10:00 A.M. and he had them in by 1:00 P.M. Oh, and when I told Kelly I was coming in to get my money, he said my windows were in and maybe I could come and get them and find someone to install them for me. I said no that's your job to find an installer and install them, not my job. It took almost a year and a threat to take my money back before they would come out and do the job.
    *************************************************************** ******* ******************************** I will never ever deal with them again. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *********************************************** My windows should have been installed last year before they closed for the winter.
