This company is apparently the victim of a scam.  The perpetrators of the scam send consumers checks that appear to have come from this company to pay them to conduct "secret shoppings" of companies such as Wal Mart.  The perpetrators ask the consumers to wire-transfer funds back to them.  The checks that the perpetrators sent that appear to be from this company are not good but it takes a while to find that out.    If you are contacted by anyone making this offer to you, please contact the BBB and/or this company immediately.
